Veronica Garcia
She is the Executive Director of Latino Market Agency, and of the Viviendo Sin Límites Foundation. With more than 20 years of experience in the media. She was producer and host of the program “Presencia” winner of 2 Telly awards on the television station PBS-NEPM.
As an entrepreneur and leader she has been an influence to Latin American women in her community.
Veronica has served for many years in different non-profit institutions. In this new role as Director of the International Women’s Movement, her greatest desire is to empower women to fight for their dreams. Her message as a speaker focuses on demonstrating how by believing in yourself you leave behind the idea that your past does not define your future and start focusing on building your present.

Pastor Lisette M. Grillo
Previously the Senior Pastor at Kairos Church in Redwood City, California. She has pastored for 25 years, 22 of those were at Kairos Church. Under her leadership the church experienced healthy growth and multiplication. Kairos has served in equipping and sending Pastors in the Northwestern Hispanic Region with fruitful and thriving churches. In the process of multiplication Kairos established 5 extensions in and throughout the Bay Area.
Pastor Lisette is a member of the Board for the Northwestern Hispanic Region and has served in many capacities within the region; such as Educational Director, Youth Director,also for 21 years being a Member of the Women’s Board, as well as a teacher and Bible Institute Director.
She received her B.A. in Christian Education from a Bible College in Puerto Rico, her M.A. at the Pentecostal Seminary with a Masters in Discipleship and Christian Formation. She’s passionate for Education and Mentoring younger Pastors and seeing them thrive and flourish.
Excited for the new opportunities she has been blessed with which include serving as an Executive Pastor at New Season at the Sacramento Campus, while being the lead Pastor for the Spanish Ministry at New Season. In conjunction she is serving alongside her Colleague Veronica Garcia as National Women’s Directors for the NHCLC .
She continues to travel in and out of the U.S. preaching and spreading the gospel to the nations. Her passion and motivation in ministry is: “After God the most important thing is people” desiring to live under this principle until He comes back for us!
