Event scheduled for October 15–16 at Grace Church will equip pastors and church leaders with practical tools to meet today’s challenges.
Grace Español, in partnership with the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference (NHCLC)—the largest Latino Christian organization in the United States—announces “Round Table Latino,” a training forum designed to empower pastors and leaders with up‑to‑date resources and strategic networking opportunities.
The gathering will take place October 15–16, 2025, at Grace Church (14505 Gulf Fwy, Houston, TX 77034). Built around mentor‑led round‑table discussions, the format emphasizes practical learning, peer interaction, and the holistic development of local congregations.
“Round Table Latino responds to the real needs of our pastors and leaders. It is a space where information moves beyond theory and sparks transformation through dialogue and community,” said Rev. Samuel Rodríguez, president of the NHCLC.
Under the theme EDEN—inspired by Genesis 1:28—the event will address four priority areas: Family, Next Generation, Finances, and Church Health.
Featured speakers and special guests include Rev. Samuel Rodríguez, Garreette Booth, Sergio Hornung, Mark Varughese, Francisco Garza, Andrés Arango, Fernando Luna, José Mayorquín, Ray Clark, Juan Pablo Díaz, and Pastor David Scarpeta, lead pastor of Grace Español.
“We believe this is a unique season for churches, businesses, and leaders to reach peak productivity while also finding joy in ministry, family life, and leadership,” noted Pastor David Scarpeta.
With a straightforward yet powerful approach—leaders who listen and are heard, churches that collaborate rather than compete, and tools that translate into real‑world action—Round Table Latino aims to build a friendly network of churches committed to effective growth, collaborative mentoring, and stronger Hispanic pastoral leadership.
