The National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference (NHCLC) played a key role at the 2025 NRB International Christian Media Convention, held February 24–27 in Grapevine, Texas.
This global event, organized by the National Religious Broadcasters (NRB), brought together over 5,800 Christian media professionals, including 345 international attendees from 52 countries, making it the premier convention and trade show for Christian communicators.
The event featured 271 exhibitors, including, for the first time, the NHCLC, which had the opportunity to connect with pastors, leaders, and communicators to expand its impact in Christian media. This space was essential for strengthening strategic partnerships and reaffirming the commitment between the NHCLC and NRB to continue promoting the inclusion and participation of the Hispanic community in the event’s programming.
One of the highlights was the participation of Rev. Samuel Rodríguez, NHCLC President, who spoke at the Great Commission Forum, emphasizing the importance of Hispanic leadership in the expansion of the Gospel and its influence in the public sphere. His message inspired attendees to continue advancing the Lamb’s Agenda, uniting Billy Graham’s message with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s march.
“The growth of the Hispanic community within the body of Christ is undeniable, and it is our duty to ensure that our voice is heard in every space where the Gospel is shared. The NHCLC will continue working to make sure Christian media reflects the diversity of God’s Kingdom and that our community is included in the conversation,” said Rev. Samuel Rodríguez.
Pastor Tony Suárez, NHCLC Vice President, also played a key role, participating in a forum on pro-life advocacy and the importance of preserving a culture of life in America. During his address, he reaffirmed the NHCLC’s commitment to protecting Christian values and defending the most vulnerable in society.
In the area of media and communications, renowned journalist and Vice President / Executive Producer of Primer Impacto, Yuri Cordero, one of NHCLC’s special guests, participated in the “Future of Values-Driven Media” panel, where she highlighted the importance of including Hispanic media in the conversation and considering the Latino community in media content programming.
Additionally, she was a featured speaker at the Latino Media Summit, organized by ComunicadoresUSA, where she shared her vision for the future of media and the crucial role of the Hispanic community in the industry.
Through its participation at NRB 2025, the NHCLC reaffirmed that the Hispanic community plays a fundamental role in expanding the Gospel through media. Moving forward, the NHCLC will continue working closely with NRB to amplify Hispanic voices and ensure that Christian media reflects the diversity and values of God’s Kingdom.
