If NHCLC is found liable for any claim arising out of your use of the website, NHCLC’s total liability shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars or the amount you paid to NHCLC through the website in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NHCLC and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, affiliates, ministry partners, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
