About Our Director

Reina Olmeda is a respected expert in the field of mental health, bringing more than 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, combining clinical expertise with compassionate leadership to help individuals, families, and leaders achieve emotional and spiritual wellness.

In addition to her counseling and leadership work, Reina has faithfully served for 25 years as Senior Pastor of Transformation Church alongside her husband, Dr. Charles Olmeda. Together, they have dedicated their lives to strengthening people through biblical teaching, pastoral care, and transformational leadership.

Reina is widely recognized for her integrative approach to faith, mental health, and spiritual development. She equips pastors, ministry leaders, and churches with practical and biblically grounded tools to address emotional well-being, leadership resilience, and personal growth within today’s cultural challenges.

She is also the author of Fit for Your Assignment, a transformational healing framework designed to guide individuals through conviction, confrontation, revelation, and transformation toward lasting inner renewal and purpose.

Married for 35 years and the proud mother of two daughters, Reina remains deeply committed to empowering leaders and congregations to pursue wholeness, resilience, purpose, and generational transformation.
