Mobilizing Hispanic Christians to stand with Israel, combat antisemitism, and strengthen Christian-Jewish relations.
The Hispanic Israel Leadership Coalition, known as HILC, is an initiative of the NHCLC Center for Public Policy.
HILC educates, equips, and mobilizes Hispanic pastors, churches, students, and community leaders to support Israel, confront antisemitism, and build meaningful relationships with the Jewish community.
As the Hispanic evangelical community grows in both numbers and influence, HILC works to ensure that its voice is informed, united, courageous, and actively engaged in matters affecting Israel and the Jewish people.
To educate, equip, and mobilize Hispanic Christian leaders and communities to support Israel, oppose antisemitism, strengthen Christian-Jewish relations, and advocate for policies grounded in biblical conviction, truth, and mutual respect.
We equip pastors and congregations with a sound biblical framework for understanding Israel, the Jewish people, and the Church’s responsibility to stand against hatred, persecution, and antisemitism.
We speak clearly and consistently against antisemitism wherever it appears, whether expressed through religious teaching, political movements, cultural narratives, racial hatred, conspiracy theories, or digital platforms. We help Christian leaders recognize both historic and emerging forms of antisemitism and respond with courage, wisdom, and truth.
We build bridges of trust, friendship, and cooperation between Hispanic Christian and Jewish leaders through personal relationships, dialogue, education, shared initiatives, and meaningful engagement.
We engage members of Congress, government officials, and public leaders on issues affecting Israel, the United States-Israel relationship, regional security, religious freedom, and the fight against antisemitism.
We activate Hispanic pastors, churches, students, and community leaders to become informed and influential advocates for Israel and the Jewish people within their congregations, communities, and spheres of influence.
We develop and share biblical, historical, and policy resources that help leaders communicate responsibly and effectively about Israel, Jewish identity, Christian-Jewish relations, and antisemitism.
Biblical resources for teaching, prayer, and peacemaking.
A practical prayer resource for pastors, churches, and small groups, offering Scripture-based prayers for Jerusalem, Israel, Jewish neighbors, and our communities.
A sermon guide encouraging churches to pray for Jerusalem, pursue peace in their communities, and become active peacemakers in a divided world.
A biblical sermon guide helping pastors teach about Israel, God’s covenant promises, and the Christian call to prayer, compassion, and peacemaking.
A sermon guide exploring the biblical foundation of human dignity and equipping pastors to confront hatred, reject antisemitism, and demonstrate Christlike love.
We bring Hispanic Christian leaders into direct conversation with members of Congress, government officials, and policy experts to strengthen support for Israel and advance measures that confront antisemitism.
We provide pastors and ministry leaders with biblical teaching, historical context, policy briefings, and practical resources related to Israel, the Jewish people, and Christian-Jewish relations.
We organize advocacy days, briefings, leadership delegations, roundtables, conferences, and national gatherings that bring Hispanic Christian leaders into the public conversation.
We connect Hispanic evangelical leaders with Jewish organizations, rabbis, educators, policymakers, and advocates to deepen relationships and advance shared priorities.
We provide opportunities for pastors and Christian leaders to experience Israel personally, meet Israeli and Jewish leaders, visit significant biblical and historical sites, and gain a deeper understanding of the realities facing Israel and the Jewish people.
We amplify Hispanic Christian voices through media engagement, public statements, educational campaigns, bilingual resources, church initiatives, and digital platforms.

Antisemitism is not only a threat to the Jewish community. It is a moral and spiritual challenge that requires a clear and courageous response from the Church.
Hispanic evangelicals represent a large and growing faith community in the United States and throughout the Americas. Their voice can play a defining role in strengthening support for Israel, rejecting antisemitism, and building lasting relationships between Christians and Jews.
HILC helps transform biblical conviction into informed advocacy, meaningful relationships, and courageous action.
We believe silence is not an option. The Church must be prepared to recognize antisemitism, confront it, and stand beside the Jewish community.
