Pastor Samuel Rodriguez, president of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference, has been named one of The Jerusalem Post and the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews’ “Top 10 Christian Voices for Israel” for 2026, joining Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Patricia Heaton, CeCe Winans and other prominent voices recognized for their support of Israel and the Jewish people.

The annual honor recognizes Christian leaders whose advocacy, moral clarity and steadfast support have strengthened the relationship between the Christian community and the State of Israel.

“I am deeply honored to be recognized by The Jerusalem Post and the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews as one of the Top Ten Christian Leaders in support of Israel, alongside my friend Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Patricia Heaton, and the legendary worshiper and singer CeCe Winans,” said Pastor Samuel Rodriguez, president of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference. “My prayer is that this recognition, for which God receives all of the glory, will inspire Christian men and women everywhere to help build a firewall against every vestige of antisemitism, in the mighty name of Jesus.”

“The spirit that drove Haman and Hitler is the same spirit that drives Hamas and Hezbollah today,” Rodriguez continued. “It is the spirit of bigotry, hatred and intolerance. We cannot permit hatred to prevail. We cannot permit darkness to prevail. All we need to do is turn on the light, and darkness must flee.”

Rodriguez also thanked Pastor Carlos Ortiz, who he described as “one of the key leaders mobilizing pastors to help accomplish this mission, for such a time as this.”

Through his leadership of the NHCLC, America’s largest Latino evangelical association, Rodriguez has consistently spoken against antisemitism and affirmed the Christian community’s support for Israel and the Jewish people.
